Growing up as a kid from a small town in New Jersey, I had the dream of someday making it into the big leagues of NASCAR racing. And while I am one of the lucky ones that can actually say I got my dream job, there’s one thing that is more important, and that’s giving back to the people and the places that help get you where you are today. That’s the reason I created the Martin Truex Jr. Foundation
I am making it my personal mission to make a positive impact on kids not only in my hometown, but also in the place that I now call home. You never know when a family member, a best friend or even a neighbor might be in need of a helping hand, and I want to be that helping hand to kids from all over.
In just a short year, the Martin Truex Jr. Foundation has been able to touch thousands of lives through our Teddy Bear Campaign, pajama drives and our involvement with the Dove House.
