Martin Truex Jr. Foundation

The Martin Truex Jr. Foundation may, in its sole discretion, abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the event for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, weather, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction; illness, injury, availability or other obligations of Martin Truex Jr.; insufficient participation; and/or a change/cancellation in meeting dates or times or other matters outside the control of The Martin Truex Jr. Foundation. All unspecified costs and expenses, including without limitation, travel expenses, hotel accommodations and entry fee are solely entrant's responsibility. Any federal, state, or local income taxes or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
